Most Expensive homes in London

House price is very high?if you live in London and want to live in good place, you’d better find good job and get more salary.
According to Halifax, Wycombe Square in Kensington and Chelsea is the most expensive place to live in England and Wales, with the average home there costing £5.4 million.
Half of the 20 most expensive residential streets are in the borough and all of the 10 most expensive addresses are in Greater London.
Withinlee Road in Macclesfield is the most expensive street outside of southern England, with the average home there costing £1.2 million.
The next two most expensive streets in the north are both in Altrincham, Cheshire, with properties in Park Lane costing £1.2 million, while ones in Eyebrook Road cost £1.1 million.
Moles Hill in Leatherhead, Surrey, is the most expensive street outside of the capital, with the average property costing £2.6 million, followed by Leys Road, also in Leatherhead, at £2.5 million and Woodlands Road West, in Virginia Water, Surrey, at £2.5 million.
Druidstone Road, in the Old St Mellons area of Cardiff, has the most expensive residential street in Wales, with homes costing around £621,000.
Overall, five of the nine regions of England and Wales have streets where the average home cost more than £1 million.
Nitesh Patel, housing economist at Halifax, said: “Unsurprisingly, many of the most expensive residential streets in England and Wales are in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with more than half of the 30 most expensive London streets in the borough.
